Sonarqube service failed to start as service on ubuntu

Java 11 postgres configured

Return an Error:

sonarqube.service: Start request repeated too quickly.
sonarqube.service: Failed with result ‘start-limit-hit’.

i am new to sonarqube . Do you guys have any solution?
