SonarQube Server Restart

I am trying to restart SonarQube Server through UI but its not completed for more than 4 hours. I have recently started using SonarQube and this is the first time I’m restarting the SonarQube server.

How much time it takes for a restart through UI usually?
Please help me to resolve this

Restarting shouldn’t take this long. Can you check your server logs and see if there’s anything interesting in them?
