I am getting this error when running the begin command. This has worked previous but not anymore when I re-created the project. Can someone help?

I have worked it out. I have deployed the scanner again and I ran it again, it’s fine now.

On a side note, I see you are using version 8.0.2. You might want to consider upgrading to at least version 8.0.3 of the scanner (or even 9.0, published last week) to make sure we do not analyze unwanted XML files.
