We are using SonarQube Enterprise Edition with Version 8.9.7 LTS and trying to integrate it with SAML for authentication we have configured all the details as per the documentation and we are getting errors like

Have you configured your Server base URL (Administration → General → Server base URL). This is one of the very few UI-based settings where I think you need to restart for it to fully kick in, BTW.
Yes, it is configured and I did a restart too
Is there a proxy in the mix? And if so, which one?

The IIS server is running and it is public-facing and it routes traffic to the [http://localhost:9000/]
Do we need to make any changes on that side? Please help us on priority as it is hampering our productivity on the project side.
