Version of SonarQube is displayed just at the bottom of your SonarQube page (footer of the page).

Sonarqube edition + version, Sonarqube Jenkins plugin and Sonarqube scanner version.
From the Jenkins log it seems that:
the scan was successful
the scanner has uploaded the scanresults to Sonarqube server
=> the communication Jenkins > Sonarqube works
Right after the upload, scanner asks if background is already finished - if not it will create
a listener waiting for the webhook with its analysid (AXds28GZAhDMlOtjlorZ in your case)
to consume the payload = the waitForQualityGate() Jenkins pipeline step.

i guess the problem is the communication Sonarqube > Jenkins,
Jenkins got no answer before creating the listener.
Do you have webhooks configured for Jenkins ?
If yes, what about the webhook delivery, check via http://yoursonarhost/admin/webhooks
Are there any proxies or firewalls involved ?
