Would you mind including here some debug analysis logs so we can all see where the time is going?

Edit To make sure, is “Complete the SonarQube analysis” happening analysis-side or server-side? If the latter, then this is likely relevant:

Hi, After upgrading to a new SonarQube version, you need to update the statistics of your database, as explained in the Additional Database Maintenance section of SonarQube : Refreshing your database’s statistics and rebuilding your database’s indices are recommended once the technical upgrade is done (just before the very last step).
