Hi @sandeep_raj and welcome to the community

is there anything meaningful in the server logs?

thanks@ Tobias_Trabelsi .
due to this my sonarqube is not running.
this is my server.log file.

did you check the link in my post? there should be additional log files in your sonarqube installation directory in the logs folder

yes i checked

there is at least a es.log file in there. it is the first thing that is written when this message is displayed.

i don’t think this is the full log file

but error in sonar.log

the sonar.log file will only show you that something went wrong and can catch early failures (as in filesystem or jvm crash). the other log files (web.log, es.log, ce.log) will have more detailed information of what went actually wrong, so i need them in order to help you

okay can you please meet on google meet

i incresed heap size but again getting error.
