It looks, that u tried to upgrade your ( too ) old SQ to the latest one:
Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is The version of SonarQube is too old. Please upgrade to the Long Term Support version first.

I do not know what is your current version of SQ , but try to upgrade in two or three steps
For example:
Current version ( 8.7 ) > upgrade it to 9.9.1, and if it is successful >> 10.1
Or
6.7 >> 8.9.10 >> 9.9.1 >> 10.1
