SonarQube database auth wrong again in 10.6

I had hoped that the same issue in 10.5 would mean that 10.6 would be correct. It still says mssql-jdbc_auth-12.4.2.x64.dll when it needs mssql-jdbc_auth-12.6.1.x64.
