• what is the difference between community and server editions, does the latest version of community edition has all the features of server edition ?

• from the download link below “community edition” is missing after after sonarqube 10.7, does it mean the use of CE build is not entertained going forward

Your upgrade path is 9.9.6 → 24.12 → 25.5.

Community Edition has been renamed Community Build.
