Our latest release brings a significant boost to secret detection: you can now benefit from over 400 distinct secret patterns, powered by 346 rules. This update includes 89 newly added rules, currently in BETA, designed to enhance your security coverage even further.
We encourage you to try out these new capabilities (all the new rules are active by default) and let us know your thoughts. If you notice any rules generating excessive noise, please share your feedback with us here.
This is available on SonarQube Cloud and will be part SonarQube Server 2025.4
