SonarQube branch analysis and PR decoration

Hello,

Two of the features we are looking to start using in our dev process is branch analysis and PR decoration.
I see that branch analysis is now available in the Developer Edition and can see the PR decoration has been marked as done in this MMF https://jira.sonarsource.com/browse/MMF-1203.
Are these going to be available in Community Edition?

Also, are there any tools available to display our Quality Gates analysis in real time on any frontend (typescript) IDE, VS Code preferably?

I see SonarC# does this for Visual Studio so will give it a try- Hopefully can connect it directly to our quality gates.

The PR decoration will be part of the Developer Edition (starting version 7.2).
