Just a quick question regarding SonarQube. Can the product be used just as a dashboard? For example, uploading analysis results from other tools (without using sonar-scanner or any other plugin).

Our UX Team would be thrilled to know you like SonarQube’s UI so much that you want to integrate all your existing analysis data into it! 
However, SonarQube is designed to work with our powerful static analysis rules tightly integrated into the platform to help manage code quality at a team/enterprise level.
Certain elements, like running the sonar-scanner, are essential and non-negotiable. That said, SonarQube does support adding external issues in a number of formats.
