The custom java plugin has been built by cloning from the sonar-java/docs/java-custom-rules-example at master · SonarSource/sonar-java · GitHub
-
Custom rules are being generated and deployed in the in SonarQube 9.3 community edition in D:\sonarqube-9.3.0.51899\extensions\plugins.
But Custom Java Rules Not Visible in the UI. Can you please tell me why??

Hey there.
I built the plugin, installed it on my SonarQube instance (and restarted the service) and they appear on the Rules tab.

Hi
@Colin
I restarted the sonarQube9.3, but did not see the custom rules.
I also use the PostgressSql and Java 11
Can you please tell me what is problem, that I missed?

I don’t have a magic wand to wave and tell you what the problem is.
- How are you restarting your Sonarqube server?
- Have you checked your sonar.log file to ensure the plugin was deployed?
- It doesn’t look like you’ve filtered or searched any on the Rules tab. If you search for one of the rules in the screenshot I shared, do you find it?
