SonarLint sync up with sonarQuber rules

Hello Comminity I need your help urgent.

I am using sonarqube 7.5 with mysql. My idea is to use Visual studio 2017 with Sonarlite but it is muy important the rules of sonarlite can sync with sonarQube. It is possible??. With ecipse it work.

SonarLint for VisualStudio does support connected mode.
