Good news to share with you on this Friday: we’ve just issued SonarLint on Visual Studio 2019 (which itself was launched 3 days ago). 
All the Marketplace entries are referenced in Visual Studio extension | SonarLint . If you’re curious about why there are distinct extensions for each VS release, this relates to the innards of Visual Studio APIs, specifically for the Connected Mode feature (with SonarQube or SonarCloud). We do have on our mind to check how we could streamline that in the future.
