SonarJava 6.1 upgrade results in a massive performance drop, coverage data gone

The performance drop is a known problem:

Java analyzer v6.0: more accurate analysis, with fewer false-positives

The performance impact of v6.0 is more significant than expected with some users reporting analyses that are 4x slower than before. While we still believe the changes in 6.0 are overall beneficial we also take the performance issues seriously, and hope to have good news in the coming weeks.
