What is the difference between “First Analysis” and “New Analysis” and why “First Analysis” results don’t include breakdown of fixed vs. new issues? (see screenshot below for example)

A ‘first analysis’ is when you create a new branch in SonarCloud. It sets the baseline for that branch. Since there’s no previous baseline, change metrics (new/added, and fixed/removed) can’t be calculated.
The ‘new analysis’ label… 
It just means there was another / new analysis of an existing branch. TBH, I don’t really understand why it’s there.
