Is it possible to create a custom rule in sonarcloud ?
Hey there.
Custom rules are not possible (either by custom plugin development or rule templates). It is possible to import Generic Issue Data and/or External Analyzer Reports (those tools might give you the ability to raise issues in a format that can be read by SonarCloud)
