SonarCloud integration with Azure Board

Hi,
Right now all vulnerabilities and issues found during the code build as per CI pipeline on Azure DevOps are logged on the SonarCloud portal.

As the development team is relies on the Azure Board and Jira for project management, it is very tough for them to management issues all over the place.

How do I integrate Azure Board and Jira with SonarCloud so that vulnerabilities and issues identified by SonarCloud scanner are created in Azure Board and Jira as work item?

Also how do I allow synchronization of work item status from Azure Board and Jira back to SonarCloud portal?
