Sonar scanner 4.0.0 and corresponding C++ plugin needed for SonarQube community version 7.9.6

  • what have you tried so far to achieve this — looked into internet to find required sonar scanner and plugin

Hi,

C++ analysis is only available from the Sonarqube Developer Edition and above.

Sonarqube 7.9.6 is not supported anymore, you should update to
SonarQube 8.9.10 LTS or Sonarqube 9.7.0 (Latest)

Also Sonar Scanner 4.0.0 is rather old, the current version is 4.7
