Sonar displays projects as empty after an upgrade to version 2025.4.1

Hello,

After upgrading our SonarQube Developer Edition to the latest version 2025.4.1, we have started to see our projects show “The main branch of this project is empty.” in the SQ dashboard. We didn’t do any other change than the version update. Is it a bug in the latest version? Can you help us for the resolution?

Thanks team. Finally, the mode didn’t matter. Thanks to @gquerret for getting us a database that reproduces the issue, we found that the issue affects instances that don’t have access to SonarQube Advanced Security. Still testing to see if this only affects Developer Edition, or other editions as well. Update: We now know that it only affects Developer Edition.
