Error: “Unknown standard: cwe_standard:urn:sonar-security-standard:cwe:standard:4.18”

Location: Rules page → Security Category facet (all categories show loading spinners)

Steps taken: Cleared .\data\es8 and .\data\web directories, restarted server

Database: SQL Server
