Can I get the scan time and the background task analysis time before scanner start to work. I mean that get an estimated time for the user, so someone may be promising waiting. So?

What you are asking is not possible to estimate.
It all depends on the power you give to the scanner and to the compute engine.
You can gather data to try making predictions on those times but we do not offer this functionality.
