I’m new to SonarQube. I was wondering to know, does SonarQube have any SAST IDE plugins? I’m trying to do SAST on my code before committing to check whether my code contains any kinda vulnerabilities.

SAST is available for Java, C#, PHP, and Python out of the box in commercial editions. You can request a free trial license from the page I linked to.
