Rules API 403 error when mixing rule keys that contain dots and others that do not

Hi Team,

When I try to call the API with rules that have dots in the key combined with rules that don’t, it gives a 403 error.

For example this call:

This error had never appeared before and it has been appearing more or less since March/April of this year.

Have there been any changes to the API?
