Rule to control use of log.error out of try/catch blocks

I think it should be useful a rule to control how developers are using logging on their java developments. In my case, lot of them are abusing of the use of “log.error” to debug, and it should be used only inside try/catch blocks to report an error.

I think there is not a rule to control this kind of uses of logging, and it should be useful to control how they are managing it. In our case we want to load logs into an ELK but most of the lines are useless because of the bad use of log.error.
