Hello Ann,

I would like to update the sonar-l10n-zh-tw Plugin in the market place.
The description and homepageUrl of l10nzhtw.properties in sonar-update-center-properties and few words in the source files of the plugin are revised.

Short description: Traditional Chinese translation pack for SonarQube.

SonarQube compatibility: 7.5 and higher
