It’s not clear to me why you would want to ignore other defects, but okay.
Probably the easiest way to accomplish this is to start by tuning your Quality Profile. So let’s say you’re going to elevate all the rules of interest to Blockers in your profile and make sure no other rules have Blocker status in the profile. Then you can tune your Quality Gate to have a single condition around Blocker (New Blocker?) issues. And there you go.
