The quality gate has multiple values (A, B, D, etc) but they cannot be adjusted. As soon as you open it to update the condition. The downdown is empty or not showing anything. This is tested in multiple browsers (chrome, safari) and also in multiple domains. All do not work.
Hi,
Welcome to the community and thanks for this report!
Could we have a screenshot, please?
Thx,
Ann
Hi,
Thanks for this.
And when you’re adding a brand new condition, there are no values at all.
I’m going to flag this for the team.
Ann
Hi G Ann Campbell,
Thanks for the response. When do you expect to hear from the team? This is blocking us to improve. We can wait a bit but not a really long time. And if you fix this: we also have this in other domains. Hope to hear from you.
Regards,
Reinier
Hi Reinier,
Sorry, but I can’t predict when they’ll get here.
Ann
Hi G Ann Campbell,
Can I provide what is needed so the team can add it in to our system? This way we can wait for the structural fix but we can move forward. Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Reinier

ps: I can provide screenshots so you can (arrange) to adjust it.
Hi @reiniertvb
Thanks for reaching out.
Indeed we have an UI issue here.
What you can do for now is to scroll down on the modal and the values will appear.
This will allow you to move forward. I have reached out to the team, the problem will be solved quickly.
Thanks
Alexander
Hi Alexander Rage,
Thanks for the update but unfortunately this still does not work on my machine (mac with chrome).
It does work with Safari so I can adjust it.
Any updates in this area? It is still not working for my team and it is a critical thing for us when defining quality gate conditions for the new projects
It works but UI wise it is not clear:
The scroll button on the side is not showing and the collapsed dropdown in hiding behind the button
Okay. I experimented a bit and found a workaround. To select a value in the dropdown, I have to select the field using the keyboard (tab button), press the up or down arrow on the keyboard twice (!), and change the focus again using the tab key (otherwise the value in the field will not refresh).
I tested this on several browsers (Edge/Chrome/Brave).
And I’m asking myself: “Seriously?” I assume that’s not how the popup in question is supposed to work though .
Here is an example of an dropdown that is presented in a different way. This is a lot more clear compared to a slider on the side (or keyboard functions). I suggest to make the dropdown easier to access. But again this is a suggestion to improve. The function works.
Regarding “Add new condition” popup… I’ve tested it on 2 machines (PC with Edge/Chrome/Brave and IPad with Safari) and above mentioned dropdown field was NOT WORKING, as I assume it should work, on both ones.
I made a recording on my Macbook with Chrome. This shows that the scroll bar on the right part of the pop-up is not showing. Recording: Unique Download Link | WeTransfer
Hey all @reiniertvb and @gashupl
The fix was merged (yesterday) and should be deployed very soon, if it hasn’t been already.
I assume it still needs to be deployed because I still see the same. I will check within a couple of days.
