Proper release notes for eslint-plugin-sonarjs

Since SonarJS moved the eslint-plugin-sonarjs package from its own repository to be part of the SonarJS repo, it’s been difficult to track what changes have been made for the package.

A new major version 3.0.0 was released yesterday, and I can’t find any easily discoverable information on it. Realistically, it’s the same for any update to the package. Can anything be done about this?
