Prepare analysis on Sonarqube Step in AZDO failing with cert expired

using the latest version of the azdo extension in the marketplace

##[error][SQ] API GET ‘/api/server/version’ failed, error was: {“code”:“CERT_HAS_EXPIRED”}

We use lets encrypt certificates and recently 9/31 they expired the old root cert in favor of a new one.

I have verified that the certificate is valid and tried adding a step to update the root certs on the azdo hosted build machine before analysis. Still no luck.
