PR fails with no coverage when new lines were not added

  • which versions are you using (SonarQube- * Enterprise Edition
  • Version 10.3)

When the scan is ran for the branch it is successful, but when a PR is created to merge it fails on no code coverage even when there were no new lines added to the PR.
Please assist.
Note: We have reference branch setup as project’s default branch and the new code is being compared to main/default branch in SonarQube.
