Your new code definition doesn’t matter for PR analysis; PRs will always be compared to their target branch.
Can you share the analysis log of your PR, redacted as necessary?
The analysis / scanner log is what’s output from the analysis command. Hopefully, the log you provide - redacted as necessary - will include that command as well.
