Portfolio issue: cannot see analysis status in portfolio breakdown page

Hi,

following up to Portfolio: issue after changing project's branch , which was fixed recently, today I noticed that for a portfolio whose definition is based on explicit component list by name, I cannot see the components’ analysys recap in Portfolio Breakdown page.

All components are displayed as Not computed.

This is happening for a portfolio from which I’ve just deleted some components (meaning that those components were actually deleted, not just unlinked from the portfolio).

Other portfolios, whose definition is also based on explicit component names, but whose components list has not been modified, are unaffected by this problem (I can see the component analysis in the Portfolio Breakdown page).

Hi @ftlvz , thanks for reaching out. First, quick check: is this happening on the same portfolio your earlier post also referenced?

Hi @christoph.sachse,

my 2 posts are about 2 different portfolios.

The issue I reported on this post is STILL happening at the moment

Great! Thanks for the concrete repro steps on this one - we recently started seeing a number of portfolio coherence issues and haven’t been able to track down the source. We’ve created a ticket and will fix this soon!

Hi @ftlvz,

This is a really weird one.

If you navigate to the “Measures” tab in the portfolio, can you confirm that you see the projects under the “Releasability Rating” measure?

If you navigate to these projects’ summaries in the UI, do any of them display “Not Computed”?

Hi @cody.simms

If I navigate to the Measures tab in the portfolio, I confirm I see the 16 components that have been analyzed (out of 18 total components in the portfolio).

I also confirm that all 16 components listed under the Releasability rating measure display their analysis result in each project’s summary page.

@ftlvz thanks for confirming.

Can you try to remove a project from the portfolio, then re-add it? This should cause the portfolio to be recomputed. I want to check if that solves the problem on the breakdown page.

If that doesn’t help, could you send me a screenshot of exactly what you’re seeing on the breakdown page? Feel free to either respond here or reply to my private message.
