Is there any way to find some kind of documentation(like a user guide) for SonarQube Community Edition version 7.9.1 and download it in pdf mode?

You can always link users to Documentation | SonarQube Docs. It is not available to download as a PDF.
And, your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:
7.9.1 → 8.9.8 → 9.4 (last step optional)
