We’ve built this AI-powered orchestrator to bridge the gap between finding an issue and fixing it. The Remediation Agent doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong, it rolls up its sleeves and proposes the code to make it right.
What is the Remediation Agent?
The Remediation Agent is integrated directly into your GitHub workflow. It’s designed to eliminate the “toil” of manual fixes, and also allows you to clear technical debt with a single click while keeping you firmly in the driver’s seat.
Key Capabilities
- Fix PR Failures Instantly: When a PR fails a Quality Gate, you can trigger the Agent to analyze the failures and post AI-generated fix proposals in a newly created PR.
- Crush Your Backlog on Demand: See a mountain of issues in your backlog? Use the new “Assign to Agent” button on your SonarQube Issues page. The Agent will open a fresh GitHub PR with organized fix commits ready for review.
- Context-Aware Suggestions: Unlike generic AI, this agent understands your specific SonarQube Quality Profiles and project history, leading to more accurate, relevant fixes for Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Secrets.
- Human-in-the-loop: The Agent proposes, you dispose. No code is merged without a developer’s review and approval.
