  • What version are you upgrading from?
    I am upgrading from SonarQube 9.3 to SonarQube 9.9
  • System information (Operating system, Java version, Database provider/version)
    OS - Window 2012 R2,
    Java - JDK 13.017,
    Database - MS SQL 2016, MS SQL Server 2012 Native Client, MS ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server
  • What’s the issue you’re facing?
    Ans - Sonarqube website is started after upgrade. But giving , Authentication failed Error message while login on first page itself.

I have again tried to start SonarQube on our Test instance server.
He has given message on webiste = ‘Database is up to date’.
When i click on home then it is giving message that ‘SonarQube is offline’ because service has stopped.

Then i have checked the web log file then i m getting one error
sonar.web.javaOpts=-Xmx1G - Xms128m --XX:=HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError,

And one more error like below:-
DefaultLdapAuthentication

It sounds like you’re dealing with two diffrent instances.

This is not an error, this is a line of configuration.

I suggest posting entire log files. I don’t think we’re getting the full picture.
