We use Github for authentication and We removed this email and also remove him out of Github organization. Please suggest. How to assign new guy to be new “admin”

If you add back the same email, you could ask the SonarCloud Team to use that to verify your identity, and authorize adding another user of your choice as admin. Then you could use the newly admin to clean up.
