We have multiple projects with same name created in sonarqube.
Is there any way where we can merge all this project into single project ?? All the Scan reports should be merged and seen below 1 project tab ?

First, your version is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:
8.3 → 8.9.2 → 9.1 (last step optional)
Regarding your actual question, there isn’t a way to merge these projects.
