Make the comment section for issue status mandatory

  • The version of SonarQube: 9.2.4.50792
  • While reviewing and resolving an issue, there is a comment section provided but that can be skipped and the issues status changes without comment. Is there a way to make the comment mandatory? (Any update after this: Issue status changes - #2 by ganncamp
