You haven’t provided much to go on, but based on the LWC1144 in your title, I’m going to guess this error is not coming from Sonar.

Please see attached snapshot the error is shown because of Sonarlint in LWC Component HTML file. Can you please help how to resolve this error.

What makes you think this is coming from SonarLint? A brief search on the error code, LWC1144 takes me to the Salesforce community.
