Is sonarqube license required to set up DevOps Platform Integrations in sonarqube

We are trying to configure sonarqube and I am seeing the below error.
“Failed to validate configuration, check URL and Private Key”

We have followed sonarqube documentation and this set up we have completed several times successfully , we are not sure why we are seeing this error.

We would like to know what could be the issue , we have recently renewed developer license and we have requested for a new license.

Could you please advise if we need a valid license to set up the desired configuration or the error that we are seeing is not related to license.

Please upgrade to a supported version of SonarQube (v9.9 LTS) and, if the problem persists, look for more information in the logs.
