Is SonarCloud support WCAG 2.1 compliant rules while scan. If not is there is any way where we can add rules in profile.

SonarCloud does have 10 rules tagged with wcag2-a (you can also ilter for them on your organization’s Rules tab), 9 of these are activated in the default Sonar Way Quality Profile for HTML.
We hope to improve our support for rules related to accessibility in the future, but this is what we have to offer today.
