Integrate Windows active directory without using plaintext password

Hi, I am currently using SonarQube 9.2.1.49989 and I am trying to integrate SonarQube with Windows AD using LDAP.
Due to security issue, we need configure the integration with LDAP without placing the password in the ldap.bindPassword=.
Is there any way this could be achieved ?
