Running several different scans, and receiving issues like this:

ERROR: SonarQube server [https://sonarcloud.io] can not be reached
INFO: ------------------------------------------------------------------------
INFO: EXECUTION FAILURE
INFO: ------------------------------------------------------------------------
INFO: Total time: 3.576s
INFO: Final Memory: 4M/34M
INFO: ------------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR: Error during SonarQube Scanner execution
ERROR: Unable to execute SonarQube
ERROR: Caused by: Fail to get bootstrap index from server
ERROR: Caused by: sonarcloud.io: Temporary failure in name resolution

Previous tickets around this were sonar network issues. Can anyone confirm?
