How to new create Quality Gates

When i want to integrate the Sonar Cloud to incubator-seata-samples,i find the default Quality Gates can not fit us at

“New code has limited duplication
Duplicated Lines (%) is less than or equal to 3.0%”
So,what can i do ?i want to create a new Quality Gates for seata project.But i have no permissions.

Hey there.

Members of your organization with the Administer Quality Gates permission will be able to create new Quality Gates.

If you don’t have that permission, you’ll have to ask your Org admin to grant it, or do it for you.
