How to add new rule for HTL

I am working in AEM and want to use sonarque for code quality. I have installed " AEM Rules for SonarQube" but this does not contains new rules defined by AEM Cloud “https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-cloud-manager/using/how-to-use/custom-code-quality-rules.html” . Also there is no template available to add new rules.

How to add new rules in this case?

In this case, I think you’re going to want to provide a PR directly on that community-provided plugin.
