How the Complexity is calculating in Version 6.7.4

which versions are you using (SonarQube, Scanner, Plugin, and any relevant extension) - Version 6.7.4
what are you trying to achieve - to check for the complexity value
what have you tried so far to achieve this - we have the value for complexity but not sure how the values are coming

As per my understanding its Functions/Cyclomatic Complexity = 3/4 = 1.33

These project-level metrics are going to be project-wide sums, not averages.
