I’ve migrate our organisation from Bitbucket to Github by creating a new organisation binds with Github. how do I remove the old one which binds Bitbucket and keep or export the scan result history?
Hey @robertsong
Project history can’t be transferred between organizations.
If you’re migrating from Bitbucket → GitHub, I’d suggest you delete the new organization you’ve made and instead follow the procedure to rebind your existing SQC org.
Hi Colin, thank you for your reply. The third step you mentioned couldn’t be completed, as I wasn’t able to find any GitHub users after logging in with my Bitbucket-authenticated account.
While signed in with your Bitbucket-authenticated SonarQube Cloud account, add your GitHub user as an organization admin in SonarQube Cloud.
You will need to have logged in at least once into SonarQube Cloud with your GitHub user. Have you done that? Easy to miss!
yeah,I did for lots of times. switching from one to another…
Ah, I think that might be the clue. If you’re switching between accounts with the same e-mail, that e-mail is nabbed by the other user and you can no longer look up the other user.
The best thing to do is probably have somebody else login who you can elevate to complete the binding.
